An Evening with William Ivey Long

Wednesday, May 16, 7 p.m.

This unique and special evening celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the NC Arts Council and includes a presentation and book signing by William Ivey Long and Bobbi Owen, author of the newly published book, The Designs of William Ivey Long.

Four stunning costumes by Long that are inspired by French paintings will be on display for this evening only. Commissioned by Sunbrella Fabrics these costumes were featured in Elle Décor. Long is a six-time Tony Award-winning costume designer from North Carolina.

This event is free to the public; however, seating for the presentation is limited to 300 attendees, who will be admitted on a first-come, first served basis. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
