Celebrate National American Indian Heritage Month by learning about one of the Nasher Museum’s current exhibitions, Art for a New Understanding: Native Voices, 1950s to Now. The installation (open through January 12, 2020) challenges conventional representations of Native peoples and recognizes the place of contemporary American Indian art as a contribution to American art.
