At war’s end, American troops would come home to mixed reactions. This final session examines the end of the war and the process of peace, as well as how the war changed the geopolitical norms and structures of the world.
This group of Osher Lifelong Learning Institute programs is funded through membership and program fees with support from the Bernard Osher Foundation; classes are administered as part of the McKimmon Center for Extension and Continuing Education at North Carolina State University. These sessions will be held at the NC Museum of History.
