Mr. Speaker and Gentlemen of the House of Assembly 

I herewith send You the Estimates of the Expences incurred by the Service of the Troops assembled at Hillsborough, to protect & preserve the Public Peace. These Accounts includes the whole Charges of that Service, except the Amunition furnished for the Rowan Battalion, the Amount of which I have not yet been able to obtain, but as soon as it can be had, it shall also be laid before You. I likewise send You a general Return of the Number of Troops employed on the above Service.
