Support the North Carolina Museum of History Foundation

Who We Are

Foundation Gold Logo

Historically, great ideas are born from a small spark. The North Carolina Museum of History Foundation’s modest beginnings were no exception. When the Foundation was conceived 20 years ago, there was a small but mighty impetus behind it. The Foundation was created to build an endowment and raise significant financial resources to support the North Carolina Museum of History’s exhibitions, educational programming, community outreach, and the conservation and preservation of artifacts critical to the telling of North Carolina’s history. Two decades later and the Foundation continues to shine—just like North Carolina and all the many stories that make it unique.

With the Foundation’s tireless efforts in fundraising and their visionary guidance towards the future, the North Carolina Museum of History has been able to exceed its many goals over the past twenty years. Now, we need your support as the museum embarks on its most transformative journey yet. Your gift today will not only draw a light to the state’s past but it will also spark the path for its future.
