Event Day Road Closures: The Raleigh Christmas parade is scheduled for Saturday, November 18, 2023. Portions of St. Mary’s, Hillsborough, Salisbury, Morgan, Fayetteville, and Davie Streets, as well as the cross streets in the blocks immediately surrounding the route, will be closed. The parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. and last about 2½ hours. You should follow the directions coming from the NORTH or EAST. However, check for updates on the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association’s website, www.grma.org.
The North Carolina Museum of History Announces Upcoming Redesign of Museum and Exhibits
The third-floor exhibits will close on June 3, 2024. The first-floor exhibits and physical museum building will close on October 7, 2024.
The Museum Shop
The Museum Shop will remain open to the public until December 29, 2024.
